In 1983, Eve moved to McLean, VA from a small town in Louisiana. Since then, she has been a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia – moving from McLean to Falls Church and ultimately Great Falls to raise her family. She is a Marketing Management graduate from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. Eve‘s 15 years of real estate experience coupled with her 8 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT industry has given her a distinctive edge to effectively serve her client’s best interests with smart business strategies, creative marketing, and skillful negotiations. She co-founded the SK Real Estate Group in 2006 with her business partner, Viveca Kazarian. With a dash of her southern roots and her strong interpersonal skills, Eve has the wherewithal in dealing with people, thereby successfully navigating her clients through the intricacies of the real estate transaction.

Viveca is a transplanted Swede, well-integrated in the local community of McLean through family and school. As an expat child, she spent her formative years in several countries across Europe. With a keen interest in Real Estate she began her studies in Sweden, after completing her B.Sc. in International Business & Marketing at the University of Lund, Sweden in 1992. She arrived in the US in 2004. While raising her 2 daughters in McLean VA, she jumped into the US real estate market in 2006 and co-founded the SK Real Estate Group with Eve Shapiro, a premiere real estate team, which offers unparalleled service for sellers and buyers of real estate in Northern VA. With her extensive travels, multiple language proficiencies as well as her exposure to several cultures, she acquired an aptness for the cultural play in business. Coupled with her adept social skills, keen sense for mediation and her persistent drive to perform, Viveca has the unique ability to overcome hurdles and difficulties that often arise in real estate transactions.
